2022 is the key year for the implementation of the "Fourteenth Five-Year Plan" and the year of the 20th CPC National Congress. Under the leadership of the competent agricultural mechanization departments at all levels, the agricultural machinery test and appraisal institutions that undertake the task of agricultural machinery popularization and appraisal supported by the state (hereinafter referred to as "national promotion and appraisal"), closely focus on the work layout of "four stability and four improvements" in agricultural and rural areas, and strictly perform their functions in accordance with the requirements of the Measures for Agricultural Machinery Test and Appraisal, the Specifications for Agricultural Machinery Test and Appraisal and the Implementation Rules for Agricultural Machinery Popularization and Appraisal Supported by the State We strengthened support, overcame the impact of the epidemic and the reduction of identification funds, and successfully completed the national identification task throughout the year.

In 2022, a total of 1734 applications were received and 1349 were accepted; Receive and accept 713 change applications within the validity period of certificates. Six batches of notification of the results of national promotion appraisal and one batch of notification of the results of post-certification supervision were issued. 1185 agricultural machinery test and appraisal certificates were issued, 94 certificates were cancelled, 37 certificates were cancelled, 513 certificates were renewed and 13 were reissued. Through the joint efforts of all staff of agricultural machinery testing and appraisal institutions, we fully supported the promotion and application of machinery and tools in key fields such as grain production and agricultural by-product processing, and ensured the effective implementation of agricultural machinery purchase subsidy policy. Among them, Shandong Agricultural Machinery Technology Promotion Station (Shandong Agricultural Machinery Test and Identification Station), Anhui Agricultural Machinery Test and Identification Station, Heilongjiang Agricultural Machinery Test and Identification Station, Jilin Agricultural Machinery Test and Identification Station, Hebei Agricultural Machinery Identification Station, Hunan Agricultural Machinery Identification Station, Jiangsu Agricultural Machinery Test and Identification Station, Inner Mongolia Agricultural Machinery Test and Identification Station Shanxi Provincial Agricultural Machinery Test and Appraisal Station and other 9 units have completed a large number of nationally promoted appraisal projects, taking into account the overall situation, taking the initiative and overcoming difficulties, and have made outstanding contributions to the smooth completion of the nationally promoted appraisal task. In 2023, the national appraisal work will still be of great responsibility and arduous task. I hope that all agricultural machinery test and appraisal institutions will learn from the above nine units, actively undertake the task, take the initiative, and work solidly, always achieve legal appraisal, scientific appraisal, standardized appraisal, and honest appraisal, constantly improve the appraisal quality, and effectively support the overall and high-quality development of agricultural mechanization.
